Payment:
Payment must accompany your registration. Please make checks payable to Advantage Business Media and include the name of the registrant on the face of the check. Registration fees include all breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, receptions and a copy of the conference workbook.
Substitutions and Cancellations:
Substitutions may be sent at any time. All cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event in order to receive a refund or letter of credit. All refunds are subject to a $200 administration fee. No refunds or letters of credit are available later than 14 days prior to the event.
