A. This event is an online conference and expo. You will only need to register free and
     log on to this URL to gain access to the scheduled live virtual events or access to
     on-demand viewing.

Q.What happens if I cannot attend or see all the sessions during the live dates?
A. No problem! Laboratory Informatics Expo will be available for on-demand viewing
     with 24 hours of the live event date.

Q.What is best computer platform to view the online expo?
A. The best platform for this technology is PC-based platforms. However MAC users running
      OXS can access all portions of the conference. Those using older versions of MAC may still
      experience some difficulty in accessing the environment. The best way to know is to run a

Q.In what time zone are sessions presented during the live event dates?
A. Session times and exhibit hours are set in Eastern Standard or Daylight Time [EDT].

Q.What is the live event dates schedule?
A. October 11, 2006 starting at 10:00 a.m. EDT - 3:00 p.m. EDT

Q.What is the difference between live event date and on-demand viewing?
A. During the live event date, you will be able to directly interact with the speakers via
     the live Q&A immediately following some of the sessions. You will also be able to
     interact one-on-one with the solution providers who will be available to address any
     questions you may have on a product or solution. During the on-demand period you
     may view all the sessions in its entirety, and email questions to speakers and
     exhibitors and a response will be sent shortly after.
